"THAT'S IT"- Om tat sat iti |

It is proposed to discuss a few important concepts of Vedanta and compare with the findings of the latest scientific research here. It is not very surprising to those who have a good knowledge of science as well Vedanta to know that bot are same. However, what the great sages thought, visualized, and put in the form of short sutras, phrases, mantra or verses has been placed before us in the form of formulae, theories, postulations and hypothesis. But, one difference is there. What the scientists present today may undergo change tomorrow and nothing is certain. They hold 'Probability theory' most sacred and are ready to change. This is not the case with the Vedantins. Vedanta affirms that what the Veda says is final and irrevocable! Yes. What the Veda says is beyond any doubt. It is the vision one had in his transcendent meditative mode and it is an intuitional knowledge, a divine one, at that. No one can question it. In fact anybody can have that 'darshan', visualize the truth for oneself. Once a person has gained this vision and knowledge he will not turn to others. This is the Veda, true knowledge.
This is what they say at the end- Om tat sat iti |
